By using JobMatches AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

JobMatches AI is an online software tool for job seekers in India. It provides AI-assisted features including: resume-to-job match scoring, an ATS compatibility checker, job-description matching, AI writing helpers (cover letters, LinkedIn outreach messages, and resume suggestions), job alerts, and an employee referral network. AI features are powered by Claude (Anthropic).

We are a software service — not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or placement service. We do not employ, place, or guarantee employment for anyone, and we do not act as an agent for any employer or candidate. All match scores, listings, and outputs are informational estimates only, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or any outcome.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• One account per person. Do not share your account with others.

You agree not to:

• Upload files that are not genuine resumes (malware, spam, etc.).
• Use automated scripts or bots to bypass usage limits.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Usage is metered separately for job searches and AI tools (ATS checks, JD matches, cover letters, resume suggestions, and recruiter messages):

• Anonymous users: 3 job searches and 7 AI-tool actions per device. This is a one-time allowance and does not reset.
• Free registered users: 3 job searches and 7 AI-tool actions. This is a one-time allowance for the life of the account and does not reset.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited): higher search and AI-tool limits, as described on our Pricing page. The “Unlimited” plan is subject to a fair-use ceiling stated on that page.
• Paid allowances reset on each subscription renewal — 30 days from the date the plan was activated — not on the 1st of the calendar month.

We may adjust these limits over time to keep the service sustainable.

The referral network lets job seekers request a referral from a verified company employee, and lets employees choose whether to accept. By using it, you agree that:

• It is strictly non-monetary. JobMatches AI never charges for a referral, and you must never offer, ask for, or accept any payment in exchange for a referral. Never pay anyone for a referral or a job — such requests are a scam; please report them.
• No guarantees. A connection is not a referral, and a referral is not a job. We are only a facilitator that helps two people connect.
• Employee responsibility. If you register as a referrer, you confirm that you are complying with your employer's referral policy and code of conduct. You are solely responsible for that compliance.
• Verification meaning. A “company email verified” badge means we verified control of a company email address at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of a person's current employment.
• Contact sharing. A seeker's identity stays anonymous until a referrer accepts. On acceptance, each party consents to sharing their contact details (such as name, email, and LinkedIn) with the other party.
• Company opt-out. Companies may request removal of their employees' referrer listings by contacting us at the email below.

Paid subscription plans are described on our Pricing page. Payments are made in Indian Rupees via UPI, and a plan is activated manually once we have confirmed the payment — usually within a few hours. Each plan runs for 30 days from activation and does not auto-renew; to continue, you purchase again. Our Refund Policy applies to all paid plans.

The JobMatches AI brand, UI, and underlying code are owned by us. Job listings displayed are sourced from third-party platforms — we do not claim ownership of that content. Your resume content remains yours.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job listings are accurate, active, or that applying will result in an interview or offer. AI match scores and AI-generated text are estimates and may be incorrect — review them before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobMatches AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including from any interaction or connection made through the referral network.

We may suspend or terminate an account, or remove content or listings, if we reasonably believe it violates these terms, abuses usage limits, attempts fraud, or misuses the referral network. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately to protect users or the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
