Refund Policy

1. Overview
JobMatch AI offers subscription plans that provide access to AI-powered job matching features. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if:
- You have used fewer than 5 searches on your paid plan.
- You have not previously received a refund for any JobMatch AI plan.
- Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- The plan has been substantially used (5 or more searches consumed).
- The refund request is for a renewal charge that was not cancelled before the renewal date.
- The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at shankitismystyle@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address.
- The transaction ID or payment reference number.
- Reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
6. Plan Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you cancel within the 7-day refund window and meet the eligibility criteria above, you may request a refund.
7. Free Plan
The Free plan involves no payment and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
