How do I pay?+
Choose a plan and pay the amount via UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm) — scan the QR or tap to open your UPI app. After paying, enter the UPI reference (UTR) number. We verify it and activate your plan, usually within a few hours.
When does my plan activate?+
After you submit your UPI reference, we manually confirm the payment and activate your plan (usually within a few hours). You keep your current access until then, so you never lose anything while it's being verified.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. If you've run fewer than 5 searches on your paid plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — email us with your registered email address and the payment reference. We respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days back to the same UPI account.Read the full refund policy →
Does the plan auto-renew?+
No. Each plan is a one-time 30-day purchase. Nothing is charged automatically and no payment details are stored — when the 30 days are up, you choose whether to buy again.
What counts as one search?+
Each time you click 'Find Matching Jobs' and we return results, that's one search — however many jobs come back. If a search finds nothing (no jobs for that role, or your company filter matched none), it doesn't count and you keep the credit.
Do unused searches roll over?+
No. Each 30-day cycle starts with a fresh quota, and anything left unused at the end of the cycle doesn't carry into the next one.
When does my quota reset?+
On your own subscription date — 30 days from the moment your plan was activated — not on the 1st of the calendar month. If you activate on the 14th, your cycle runs to the 14th.
Is the Unlimited plan really unlimited?+
It's a fair-use plan with a ceiling of 500 searches a month — 2.5x the Pro allowance, and far more than any individual job seeker gets through in practice. The cap exists only so a single account can't run up runaway AI costs; you're very unlikely to reach it.
Are the AI tools limited as well?+
Yes, and they're a separate budget from your searches. ATS checks, JD matching, cover letters, resume tips and recruiter messages share one monthly allowance — 100 on Starter, 300 on Pro, 1,000 on Unlimited (7 on Free). Full resume rewrites have their own smaller allowance: 3, 8 and 15 respectively.
Is there a limit on resume uploads?+
Yes — 40 uploads a month on Starter, 100 on Pro and 400 on Unlimited (5 one-time on Free). Re-uploading an edited resume counts as a new upload, so the allowance is sized for people who iterate on their CV rather than upload once.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and starts a fresh 30-day window, resetting all four allowances — searches, AI tools, resume uploads and resume rewrites — so you get the full new quota straight away.
What happens when my plan expires?+
Your account automatically reverts to the free tier. Your saved searches, tracked jobs and profile are all preserved — but the free allowance is a one-time trial, so if you've already used it you'll need to renew to keep searching.
