How to do it

    Upload one strong resume

    Include tools (Selenium, Playwright, Java, Python, etc.), domain (BFSI, ecommerce…) and leadership scope if you’re a lead/manager.

How to read the match %

Treat it as a prioritisation tool, not a verdict on your career. A 55% role might still be a stretch worth pursuing if you’re pivoting — but a queue of 80%+ roles is where volume applications pay off fastest.

  • • 80%+ — strong overlap; customise lightly and apply
  • • 60–79% — fix missing keywords / clarify domain, then apply
  • • Below 50% — usually wrong stack or seniority; edit search instead of forcing it

Is this only for QA?+
No. The same flow works for software engineers, data, DevOps and other IT roles. QA examples are common because keyword-heavy JDs benefit a lot from match scoring.
Does this replace Naukri?+
